As we transition into the new season, we’d like to take this opportunity to say thank you to all the golfers from near and far who chose to play a round at Deer Park Golf this year.
We've had golfers join us from right across the globe! Some came for a week, some squeezed in a round between landing and checking in to their hotel, and a few even rang ahead from the car park asking if there was a tee time available. There usually was, thanks to our friendly team in the Golf Shop.
And to our locals, the Saturday regulars, the after-work nine brigade, the families doing their weekend round of pitch and putt, thank you too. We loved watching you all arrive and enjoy your golf time in the great weather.
So, to everyone who's played with us this year: thank you. Genuinely. You've made 2026 a cracker!
And a special shout-out to Michael Yates, who aced the 14th on our Pitch & Putt course. A hole in one on a course that's as gorgeous as it is tricky is no small feat. Congratulations, Michael.
1. It's hard to beat the setting. The fairways run across Howth headland in the grounds of Howth Castle, with Ireland's Eye, the harbour and the city spread out below. On a clear day you'll see the Mournes. On a windy day you'll feel every bit of the Irish Sea, and that's half the fun.
2. You can book online, turn up, and play. We offer club-hire, buggy hire and trolleys so visitors can travel light; simply email Alan in advance to let him know what you need.
3. It's close to Dublin Airport, around 25 minutes and a direct bus or train ride from the city centre.
4. It's great value. A round on the Deer Park 18 is €40 per person. That's a full Par 72 parkland course with some of the best views in the country, for less than you'd spend on a decent dinner in town.
Right now the autumn evenings are made for golf. The light goes golden, the course goes quiet, and our Dusk Rush rates make it an easy yes.
Dusk Rush runs Monday to Friday afternoons, usually from about three hours before dusk. It's €25 per person for 18 holes and just €15 for our 9-hole course. Get out while the evenings last.
Come and see us
Whether you're flying in from Boston or driving over from Baldoyle, there's a tee time with your name on it. Book online here.
We'd love to see you. And if you've played with us already, come back soon. Bring a friend.
