We’re excited to announce a new opportunity to join our golf team as Golf Team Supervisor — a key role at the heart of our day-to-day golf operations.
This position is ideal for someone with a genuine passion for golf, great people skills, and an interest in retail and customer experience. As Golf Team Supervisor, you’ll help ensure every golfer enjoys a professional, welcoming, and seamless experience, from check-in at the shop to the final hole.
This role involves overseeing the daily operation of the golf shop, supporting and supervising staff in the golf shop, maintaining high standards of service and presentation, and assisting with merchandising, society & group outings, and events. You’ll work closely with the Head Golf Professional, Alan Staunton, and wider golf team, playing an important part in the smooth running and continued success of the course.
