Golf Lessons For Kids

Talk to any golfer north of the Liffey and it is highly likely that they learned to play at Deer Park Golf, this tradition continues with our PGA Head Professional, Alan Staunton.

We offer a number of options for Junior Golfers from summer camps to individual and group lessons for all aspects of the game.

Golf Camps

Golf camps for kids are offered during school holidays. These camps run mornings and afternoons Monday to Thursday,  from 10am - 1pm or 2pm - 5pm. They cover all aspects of the game of golf, including:

• an introduction to golf for children and young people.
• games and activities to develop the skills needed for the game of golf.
• all aspects of the game are covered: pitching, chipping, bunker play, putting and the long game.
• introduction to how a golf course works: course design, the different types of holes and the all-important golf course maintenance.
• nutrition on the golf course.
• daily prizes and some fun competitions during the week.

Golf Camps normally run from 10am - 1pm during the week.
